Dough cover materials can be mainly divided into roll materials and auxiliary materials. Roll materials usually refer to materials that are rolled into a thin sheet, and auxiliary materials are materials that connect the sheets to each other and are more generous.
1. Coil material
The coil materials are mainly as follows:
Fabric: woven fabric, knitted fabric;
Cowhide: perforated leather, non-perforated leather;
Artificial leather: PVC, PU
Genuine Leather:
Leather is generally divided into first-layer leather and second-layer leather. Automobile leather is mostly cow-head leather (the second-layer leather has a poorer service life). The leather of cows in different temperature zones is also different. High-quality cowhide is very delicate and has pores. The position is evenly distributed, the durability is long-lasting (at least up to 7 years), the elasticity is also very good, and it is not easy to be damaged. If it is dirty, simply clean it and wipe it.
In the first layer of cowhide, we divide the car interior leather into grain leather, half-grain leather and trimmed leather according to the degree of surface treatment. The quality relationship is: grain skin> half-grain skin> shaved skin.
Shaved leather needs to be polished off the original grain and painted with paint, and embossed with fake grain instead, coated with resin coating, you can make the new texture you want, and the hand feels hard. The half-grain leather retains the natural state of the cowhide itself and requires a simple polishing of the surface, while the full-grain leather maintains the original and intact pattern. Natural pores and textures are clearly visible. The better the leather, the less modification.
